We build visual identities for food, lifestyle, and hospitality brands that want to look as good as their product. From strategy workshops and logo design to photography direction and short-form video, we handle the full chain — so you don't need an in-house marketing team to tell your story clearly.
Creative work comes with a lot of interpretation, so we like to be clear about how we operate. These notes cover the boundaries of our services, what we expect from a collaboration, and how we handle the details that often get overlooked.
A brand system covers the visual foundation: logo, colour palette, typography, and the basic rules for using them. It does not include every possible application. Packaging, menus, signage, and social templates are separate deliverables that we scope individually based on what your business actually needs.
When we handle your social media content, we work from a monthly calendar that we agree on together. You provide access to your products and space, and we handle the photography, styling, and short-form video editing. We do not manage your accounts or respond to comments; our focus is on producing the visual material you post.
The two-day branding intensive is designed for business owners who want to understand the creative process before commissioning work. It covers strategy basics, visual direction, and how to brief a designer. The monthly portfolio review sessions are for junior designers and are limited to a small group so each participant gets proper feedback.
Every project includes a set number of revision rounds, which we confirm in writing before work begins. Feedback should come from one decision-maker to keep the process moving. If you need extra rounds beyond what is agreed, we will quote them separately rather than letting the timeline stretch indefinitely.
Once a project is paid in full, you own the final files and can use them for your own business. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio unless we agree otherwise in advance. Source files for photography are included, but raw design files from the process are not automatically handed over.
Brand projects typically run four to six weeks from the first workshop to final delivery. Content calendars are planned two weeks ahead of the month they cover. If you have a launch date or a seasonal deadline, tell us upfront so we can plan around it rather than discovering it halfway through.
Every engagement starts with a conversation about where your brand is struggling. From there we pick a format that matches your stage, your timeline, and the gap between your product and how it looks.
